12 CRIBB STREET, MILTON
Through
clever design solutions and a modern material palette a tired-looking brick building
was transformed into a versatile, contemporary office space. The refurbishment involved reconfiguring the
building in a way that addressed the buildings functional shortcomings. The
introduction of a light-well and the construction of a facetted and angled
façade with passive solar controls dramatically enhanced the building's energy efficiency and aesthetic appeal.
