This award winning building was originally designed as a call centre for one of the big four banks. Through inventive and imaginative design solutions the brief of providing a column free internal space with high levels of natural light, high level acoustic attenuation and low energy consumption was able to be achieved. The large 60 metre clean spans were created using an innovative exposed structural roof and truss column system.
