The brief for this building was to create an expansive open floor plan together with a lower level of facilities and parking for a State Government tenant. Through the use of metallic cladding, stainless steel and reflective glazing to the perimeter of the building a strong visual presence was established in one of the main entries to Southgate Corporate Park.
