28 McDOUGALL STREET, MILTON
After the
closure of the Coro Motel with its iconic restaurant and bar, the owner wanted
to create a modern interpretation. With this
as a basis, clever design solutions and dynamic elevational treatments were
utilised to create an iconic built form.
This is reinforced through the use of contemporary materials. A recent addition to this building has been
the opening of the facades to further the indoor/outdoor connections.
