These new premises were designed to
accommodate the regional office and showrooms for a multi-national company. The building design incorporated a series of
vertical plains punctuated by an ordered grid of openings and sunshading
devices. This was further accentuated by the use of a refined palette of
stylish and contemporary finishes.
