The brief from the client was to create 27 bespoke townhomes which were to stand apart from similar developments. The design incorporates cul-de-sac style groupings of two and three storey townhomes. Bold splashes of colour and a sophisticated palette of materials enhance the built form to provide a sense of luxury.
