The brief from the client was to
create an elegant residential tower which is both highly articulated and
visually exciting. The development
contains significant sustainability initiatives and most importantly, will
provide excellent accommodation for both long term Brisbane residents and short
term visitors to Brisbane. The design
has incorporated significant façade articulation to reflect the different uses
but to also provide visual interest and harmony, both vertically and
horizontally which includes generous balconies.
