CORNER WYNNUM ROAD & CREEK ROAD, CANNON HILL
This
project comprised 105 two and three bedroom contemporary townhouses which were
created around cul-de-sac style groupings linked by a loop road. The design of the townhouses embrace the
timber and tin vernacular but also showcase modern materials to create a subtropical
character. This is further enhanced
through the thoughtful planning of each of the townhouses to create indoor/outdoor
connections to balconies and courtyards.
