PANORMA CRESCENT
A small rundown shack on the side of a steep and hazardous site underwent a major transformation in a two stage process with different Builders. Key to the transformation for the marathon running clients was the inclusion of a cantilevered lap pool and large deck to overlook the wonderful Mooloolaba coastline. Tiny enclosed rooms of the shack were opened and the spaces encompassed to provide expansive visual connection to the coastline.
