Metro Markets incorporated the expansion and renovation of the existing Biggera Waters Shopping Centre on the Gold Coast. The client brief was to revitalise an existing tired Centre to engage with the local community. The refurbishment of this tired, dilapidated center involved removing and refurbishing buildings and introducing new building forms. Through an uncomplicated palette of materials and design elements, a positive contribution to the surrounding community has been achieved.
